Introduction 

This agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which you use the Parko platform and services. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Definitions 

"Services": Refers to all the services offered by Parko, including but not limited to parking space booking, golf cart booking, and bus booking and tracking. 

"User" or "You": Refers to any person or entity that uses the Parko platform, whether through the website or the app. 

"Platform": Refers to the Parko website, mobile app, and any related online or offline services. 

 User Eligibility 

Parko's services are available to users of all ages. You must be legally able to form a binding contract to use our platform. There are no specific age restrictions. 

Account Registration 

To access certain features of Parko, you may need to create an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. If you forget your password or need assistance managing your account, please contact customer support. 

Services Provided 

Parko provides the following services: 

Parking Booking: Reserve parking spaces in advance at various locations. 

Golf cart Booking: Book golf carts for specific routes or campuses, particularly for university and institutional use. 

Bus Booking & Tracking: Book bus tickets, track buses in real-time, and manage payments. 

Booking Terms 

Golf Cart Booking: Golf cart services are sold directly to universities and institutions, and as such, cancellations or modifications are not applicable once the booking has been made. 

Parking Booking: You can cancel your parking reservation up to 15 minutes before the scheduled parking time. Cancellations made within 15 minutes of the scheduled time will incur a fee, as the space will no longer be available to other users. Bus Booking: You may cancel or modify your bus booking at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Refunds may apply according to the bus operator’s terms. 

Pricing and Payments 

Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees associated with the services. The pricing for each service (parking, golf carts, bus bookings) will be displayed in advance. 

Payment for parking services, including booking fees, may be made via the Parko app or website using accepted payment methods, such as credit/debit cards or mobile payment options. 

For bus services, you will pay for your fare directly through the app, including any applicable university fees for transport. 

Privacy and Data Collection 

Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. You consent to the collection of personal and location data, which may be used to provide services, including parking availability and real-time tracking. User Conduct 

Users agree to use Parko's services only for lawful purposes. You must: 

Not use the platform for any illegal activities. 

Not interfere with the operation of the platform or its services. 

Not engage in any conduct that disrupts the experience for other users. 

Parko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. 

Limitation of Liability 

Parko is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes any delays, accidents, or issues related to parking, golf cart, or bus services. We are not responsible for third-party services, such as transportation operators, and cannot guarantee the performance of those services. 

Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes between you and Parko will be resolved through binding arbitration. The location for arbitration will be Cairo, Egypt, and the language will be Arabic or English. 

Modifications to the Terms 

Parko reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on the website or app. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications will be considered acceptance of those changes. Termination 

Parko reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or if we believe your actions are harmful to our services. You can also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes or legal actions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
